Rede Meeting Minutes 20 March 2008 Redesfolk Present: Dan, Eric, Phil, Jag, Ana Previous meeting's minutes unanimously approved. I. Thing Preparations   A. Possible locations   Falls Lake group campground: 20 tent sites, bathrooms, showers, $40/day   Few's Ford: 5 tent sites, bathrooms, no showers, $1/day/person   Umstead Lodge: 25 people, bathrooms, showers, $30/day, less primitive   Jordan Lake: tent pads, grills, bathrooms, $40/day   Falls Lake, Umstead, and Jordan Lake all look good.   B. Roles   Food: Jenn will lead and Ana will help   Seidh: Dan needs to ask the group   Activities and crafts: Ana will lead with Jenn helping   Advertising: Phil will lead and will ask Steph for help after Quest   Blots & Sumble: Dan   C. Elections   We will follow the schedule determined at the last meeting.   D. Price   Estimate $10/person for site (two days), $25/person for food?   Total cost per person estimated at $35   $25 seems like an underestimate for food for 5 meals.   E. Announcements: Dan will send out a save-the-date announcement to:   hof-announce   carolina-asatru   Moon's list   troth-members II. Business cards Ana has graphics ready for the printer. Some modifications were reccommended III. Conflict of Interest Policy Unanimously approved We should add it to the website Note: Phil holds stock in Suntrust, with whom we bank The rede thinks this conflict is insignificant and grants explicit permission. Phil abstained from the vote on this matter. IV. Website Dan needs to write page about common blot sites. Phil will revert to the old code this weekend to fix permissions V. Meetings Membership meeting to discuss blot cycle scheduled. VI. 501c3 Paperwork Jag will send draft to everyone by 3rd April.
