Iðavelli Hof rede meeting minutes: 26 July 2006 Redesfolk present: Jag, Eric, Ana, Phil I. Bylaws Completion of bylaws discussion. Phil will create a PDF of the revised bylaws. Once the rede approves the revised bylaws, we will post them on the website for the membership to peruse them, make comments and suggestions. We expect the bylaws to be ready for a vote of the membership to take place by the end of August. II. Business cards There appears to be a need for Hof business cards - not with names on them, but general cards with contact info for the Hof that members can carry with them and hand out if the need arises. Ana will work on some designs and layouts during her flights next week. Eric will look into printers and prices. III. Library We should write the library pages for the Hof website, citing policies decided upon at the June 28th meeting. IV. Action Items Ana will look through old minutes for action items that have not been completed, and will send a list of them to the Rede for reassignment. V. Next Meeting August is a busy month for all of us. We will discuss and approve the bylaws via the Internet. The next meeting will be in early September; we will schedule it as we get closer and calendars are finalized.
